Sakonnet River Grille: A Culinary Gem in Tiverton, RI

We showed up 15 minutes before closing for a Togo order. In our experience this is a 50/50 shot at a good or bad experience. The woman that helped us was super friendly and did not seem at all bothered by our last minute needs. She even walked it out to the car since I did not get back inside before it was ready. Food was really good as well, mussels were delicious, Greek salad had ample toppings which I often experience the opposite. Just overall very impressed. Thank you!

I came to eat here and the food was amazing but what I payed attention the most to was how the host was so friendly, welcoming and respectful. She talked to my family and I and made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. I think her name was Fernanda if I’m not mistaken. The waitress was also very caring. I definitely will be coming back, the food is so good and so is the environment including the employees.

We were celebrating our granddaughter graduation from high school we had a private room which was nice, the table could have been together to make us feel like we were all sitting together but other than that it was good. The waitress could have used a little more help.

A party of 6 all thought the place was inviting and friendly, enjoyed their meals. An awesome menu with a wide selection of apps, sandwiches, and entrees. I had the Sea Scallops that were excellent.

Went out with my wife on the motorcycle, after stopping at four locations that were closed for business on Mondays we decided to try a new place.... Sakonnet River Grille! In the last few years I have been pessimistic about finding a decent lobster roll, where it's physical size and mass would be worth it's price. Not only was this a really satisfying effort but it was delicious as well! My wife enjoyed the fish and chips, with a light crispy batter. We're likely to return, sooner than later! @ the time of this photo, "market price" was 27.99

Excellent Service! Big shout out to Alexa our waitress! Alexa made us feel like we were at home having dinner! She is warm and friendly not to mention perfect at her job! Sakonnet River Grille should be very proud to have her part of their team!!

Sakonnet River Grille is a lovely surprise in Tiverton - a warm inviting atmosphere awaits Diners , with Friendly staff, and truly yummy, hearty food. The Seafood Sampler with Shrimp, Lobster and Scallops was delicious, and the Mozambique Shrimp was classically done with great Mozambique flavor. The staff was outgoing and friendly . sakonnet River offers great value for their menu offerings. It is very easy to Find, right on Main St. In Riverton !
